Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, inventory updates, or periods of unusually high order volume.
If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping
United States
Estimated delivery is 7 to 10 business days, although many orders may arrive sooner.
International Orders
International delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package size, weight, and shipping method selected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are solely responsible for any applicable:

- Import taxes
- VAT
- Brokerage fees

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is submitted:
- We cannot guarantee address corrections after processing begins.
- Returned packages may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
- Orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed.
For this reason, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments depending on inventory availability and fulfillment logistics.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages
After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of that carrier.
ANTT INVESTMENTS LLC is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather delays
- Customs delays
- Postal service interruptions
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance before contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please include:

- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on eligible items once an order has been completed.

Refunds
Refunds are considered only in the following circumstances:
- An incorrect item was shipped by us.
- A product arrived significantly damaged due to a fulfillment error.
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Accidental purchases

- Incorrect addresses supplied by customers
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or normal wear
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any products.

We actively protect our intellectual property rights and may investigate any suspected infringement involving our products, artwork, branding, written materials, or digital content.
ANTT INVESTMENTS LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual or entity that infringes upon its intellectual property rights.
Where permitted by applicable law and any enforceable agreement between the parties, ANTT INVESTMENTS LLC may seek monetary damages of no less than $5,000 per proven violation, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law, including:

- Reasonable attorney's fees where authorized by law
